We are recruiting for a Brand Analyst Assistant Manager to join our Head Office team, reporting into our Brand Analyst Manager. In this role you will be responsible for collating, reviewing, and analysing statistical information for all areas of business concerning retail sales in the UK and Ireland from a retailer and category perspective.



Profile

Responsibilities

  • Creating, processing, and analysing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly in-depth reports, detailing total business results, sales by store/region, product, service and category level performance.
  • Manage reporting and stakeholder relationships for Travel Retail.
  • Provide relevant analysis to key stakeholders to highlight trends and growth opportunities particularly divisional managers for UK and Ireland.
    • Support new product line launch forecast and analysis.
    • Process and maintain store sales targets by weekworking with field management teams.
    • Analytically measure effectiveness of projects and initiatives managed by other departments i.e. Sales analysis for Marketing to prove the uplift and customer engagement driven by promotional events.
    • Champion automation and support team in the transition to Power Bi reporting, undertaking data validation tasks as well as, the creation and redesign of new reports and dashboards for the business.
  • Modernise the current ways of working challenging the current processes and status quo.
  • Ensure cohesive data management across all functions relating to retail sales, category definitions and POS information.
  • Assist BA Manager with driving the team and business forward with insight and analytics.
  • Support, manage and develop a Brand Analyst Assistant.
