The marketing team is responsible for driving awareness and consideration of the HR GO brand amongst prospective customers and supporting the sales teams in converting this interest into sales.
The Brand Designer is responsible for the visual identity of HR GO. They ensure we have a consistent identify across all channels and are responsible for the HR GO brand guidelines. They also work with the rest of the marketing team to create marketing and sales assets to support our campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the HR GO brand - create and maintain the brand look and feel and brand and guidelines
Work with the Copywriter to ensure consistency between brand look and brand language
Create brand assets library - logo, templates etc for use by the rest of the business
Create campaign assets for the marketing campaigns, working to a brief from the Campaigns team
Create generic sales tools for the sales team
Skills and experience:
A talented graphic designer, able to translate business and marketing objectives into visual tools
Experience of brand development/ brand management
A team worker - able to interpret the needs of their colleagues and to help them think though their design needs clearly
Able to coach the rest of the business to help them understand our brand tools and how to use them
