We are on the look out for a Cocktail Bartender/ Mixologist!

Come and join our small team of friendly and fun staff based at Liquor Lab in the Wool Market. We pride ourselves on making whimsical and delicious cocktails, providing a fun interactive experience for all!

We are looking for fun and enthusiastic bartenders to work on the bar, preparing our delectable drinks, serving customers and delivering fabulous customer service.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Creating and mixing up alcoholic drinks, including our fabulous cocktails
• Interacting with customers, building up an enthusiastic rapport with them
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance of bar equipment
• Restocking shelves and bar fridges, juices, ice and purees

About you:

• You'll have a great customer rapport, be energetic and enthusiastic on the bar!
• Eagerness to learn and ability to use initiative
• Be reliable and punctual
• Happy to work across evenings and weekends.
• Experience of working in hospitality is preferred, cocktail experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
• Must be over 18 years old

Pay is competitive, dependent on age and will increase with more responsibility over time.

Part time hours. Potential for more hours during summer holidays Must be available to work Friday evenings and all day Saturdays, with flexibility on Thursdays and Sundays.

Latest finish will be 10:30pm with an earliest start of 10am. Longest shift will be 10 hours.

We are looking for an immediate start.
