At 135 metres the world-famous lastminute.com London Eye is the UK’s most popular paid for visitor attraction, and we’ve got our Eye out for Bar Staff to join our passionate team in delivering the most moving experience in London.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a busy bar environment
• Knowledge of measurements for different alcohol types
• Experience of cash handling, but full training will be provided
• Experience of consistently delivering excellent guest service on a face-to-face basis, (ideally from within the retail, hospitality, or the entertainments industry)
• A flexible approach to working hours
• Must be aged 18 or over

As a member of our hospitality team, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team providing best-in-class experiences to our guests when serving them a refreshment in our exclusive Eye Lounge. You’ll be welcoming and greeting guests, taking orders at the till, serving drinks and snacks, and making sure the bar is always fully stocked and kept clean throughout your shift.

You will show initiative when dealing with customer enquiries and exceed guest expectations whilst serving in the bar, providing up to date information about the champagne and drinks being served.

These are full-time, fixed term contracts until September 2023, working 5 days out of 7. The attraction is open daily and so flexibility will be needed as shifts will include weekends bank holidays and peak seasons as required.
