Electronic Data Interchange is the computer-to-computer exchange of business documents in an electronic format between business partners. Essentially the techy way of saying going paperless! You can imagine for a £4bl turnover PLC, there are a huge amount of partners/suppliers who need ongoing support as we embark on our EDI journey.
We are currently looking for a customer focussed individual to join the EDI Team as a B2B Support Analyst - you will assist with the day to day running of the business for both external partners and internal teams including the Commercial and EDI Development team.
You will utilise business knowledge and be provided with training to help the team with ongoing tasks such as tickets and onboarding responsibilities. Communication skills are key as you will be building relationships across internal and external stakeholders- so being approachable and able to build rapport is crucial. In this role you will be required to work with internal and external contacts to resolve technical issues encountered by the EDI team.
An opportunity like this at Frasers is for the fearless. The potential is massive, the experience unrivalled. To be able to make the most of it you need to live and breathe our principles:
