AREA SALES MANAGER
CAPITAL EQUIPMENT / MACHINE TOOLS / CUTTING TOOLS
UP TO 45k DOE plus high uncapped Commission and benefits
33 DAYS HOLIDAY (INCLUDING BANK HOLS )

Are you currently a Sales Engineer/Area Sales Manager/Business Development Manager with the ability to the manage current accounts but also thrives on hunting for new business and being financially rewarded for your hard work? or you're currently on the shop floor or in a Applications Engineer and wanting to progress into a sales career?If yes, read on.

My client are a 'family oriented' leading supplier of world class precision engineering products such as tool pre-setting and measurement systemwho are looking for a money motivated individual who thrives in selling high quality products and being financially rewarded for their hard work with current high performers earning in excess of 90k OTE!!! Covering UK wide with the person to be ideally located commutable from Derby but they may consider individuals located in other areas including East & West Midlands, Yorkshire, Lancashire area if the individual is open to extensive travel.

The Role:
  • Identifying & developing new opportunities
  • Maintaining excellent customer care through regular after sales contact with existing customers
  • Selling a range of products such as Measuring instruments, Machines, Tools and Pre setting machines
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Travel to customer locations across your region with potential overnight stays

Minimum Skills / Experience Required for the Area Sales Manager
  • Experience of selling Capital Equipment, Machine Tools or Cutting Tools
  • Ability to work on there own as this is a Work for Home role
  • Sales experience isESSENTIALbut product training willbe provided
  • Confident in speaking to people and will have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated and excellent team player

The Package:
  • Salary up to 45k per annum DOE
  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE 70k
  • Company Car, Phone, Laptop and W.F.H
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
