Are you an application developer seeking that next up? Or perhaps you are in a lead role looking for a position in which you are hands on and can contribute towards driving strategy and give a fresh outlook. We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Development Lead who will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the full web development life cycle and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other developers.

Within the role you will be developing web applications using the MERN stack as well as testing applications for performance and functionality. You will work alongside development members and business partners to develop microservice as well as troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading packages, both internal and external.

Do you offer….?

Senior development experience using MERN framework for web application development.
Experience using AWS services
Strong skills in Advanced JavaScript (NodeJS ES6) technologies.
Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
Experience mentoring / or leading other development staff
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
