Job Description
Our client a locally company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start based on the outskirts of Truro.This is a part time position which for the right candidate can lead to a permanent role.
Pay Rate:
- £11.00 per hour
- Pay rate will depend on your skills and qualifications
Working Hours:
- 3 days of the week to be discussed
- 08.30am - 17.30pm
Main duties:
- Answering telephone calls and emails to assist customers with enquiries
- To process orders
- Correctly log and report any issues reported
- Continual learning and training of products sold
- Upselling additional products
- Liaising with a customer account manager when new orders or enquiry received
- Be a team player and assist other members of staff when required
The Candidate:
- Attention to detail
- Good numeracy skills
- Good accuracy and organisational skills
- PC literate
- Administrative experience is a MUST
- Good people skills
