Job Description

Our client a locally company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start based on the outskirts of Truro.This is a part time position which for the right candidate can lead to a permanent role.

Pay Rate:

  • £11.00 per hour
  • Pay rate will depend on your skills and qualifications

Working Hours:

  • 3 days of the week to be discussed
  • 08.30am - 17.30pm

Main duties:

  • Answering telephone calls and emails to assist customers with enquiries
  • To process orders
  • Correctly log and report any issues reported
  • Continual learning and training of products sold
  • Upselling additional products
  • Liaising with a customer account manager when new orders or enquiry received
  • Be a team player and assist other members of staff when required

The Candidate:

  • Attention to detail
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Good accuracy and organisational skills
  • PC literate
  • Administrative experience is a MUST
  • Good people skills
