Pertemps are working in partnership with Scottish Qualifications Authority and have 2 Full-Time Administrators roles available.

Based at SQA Shawfair, the location is easily accessible from Midlothian and Edinburgh with free parking/ bus station - only 20 minutes from City Centre.

Working in a fast-paced service environment the successful candidate will take ownership for effectively solving customer queries and providing an excellent service.

Contract length: Until June initially
Pay Rate: £11.70 per hour
Location: Dalkeith- EH22

Hours Full time - 35 hours shifts
    Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 16:30
    Friday 08:30 - 15:30

We are looking for two motivated and committed individuals to join our team on temporary basis to assist our team and provide the support in responding to queries and providing advice and guidance regarding fees and expenses.

Main duties and requirements will include:
    Being able to understand and carry out basic numerical and financial calculations
    Processing Fees and Expenses claim forms; ensure that all payments are processed within agree timescales
    Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately, timeously and within SQA service level agreement (SLA) timeframes
    Good verbal and communication skills
    Have good telephone manner to respond to queries and make follow up/chase up phone calls
    Knowledge and/or experience of MS Office (especially excel)
