The client is a Not-For-Profit Membership Body.
The key responsibilities of this administrator role:
- Provide administrative support to the Allocated team
- To ensure all data has been imputed on the system and all information is maintained at all times.
- Ensuring Emails are promptly being replied too
- Call handling able to appoint calls to the correct individuals in the allocated team
The successful administrator will have:
- Experience in admin role
- Highly efficient and organised and able to work to deadlines
- Team player, able to liaise well with a numerous amount of different business sectors
- Strong communication skills
- IT literate, able to learn new software databases
- Desirable: Minute taking
This role is offering:
- £14-£15 an hour
- Part time hours
- Hybrid working for first couple weeks then will become FULLY remote.
- 4month temp role, OR 4month TEMP-PERM
