Job Description

The key responsibilities of this administrator role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Allocated team
  • To ensure all data has been imputed on the system and all information is maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring Emails are promptly being replied too
  • Call handling able to appoint calls to the correct individuals in the allocated team

The Successful Applicant

The successful administrator will have:

  • Experience in admin role
  • Highly efficient and organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Team player, able to liaise well with a numerous amount of different business sectors
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT literate, able to learn new software databases
  • Desirable: Minute taking

What's on Offer

This role is offering:

  • £14-£15 an hour
  • Part time hours
  • Hybrid working for first couple weeks then will become FULLY remote.
  • 4month temp role, OR 4month TEMP-PERM
