Introduction

We are currently seeking an Enrolment and Support Administrator to work with our current Access to HE Enrolment team, and manage the efficient enrolment of learners onto Access to Higher Education courses. You will be required to, engage with learners and support a team of tutors both in-person and remotely. This role requires you to be a motivated and self-driven individual to enrol learners onto appropriate courses and work to targets and deadlines. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and higher education provisions to ensure the effective marketing of the provision. You will actively engage with learners across the region and provide advice, guidance and support to learners interested and enrolled on the Access to HE provision.

Key Responsibilities




DUTIES
  • Data Entry - Must have great attention to detail and strong Microsoft 365 office skills
  • Organising of data on current systems used in the team.
  • Developing and maintaining good strong relationships with external organisations.
  • Identifying and promoting courses to learner and learner referral sources.
  • Engaging with potential learners and providing them with accurate information, advice and guidance, along with keeping records of all of the above activities
  • Carrying out initial assessment admin duties, supporting the learner through the enrolment process, ensuring eligibility for funding is confirmed.
  • Identify individual learner support requirements and communicate to the relevant colleagues
  • Maintaining the learner tracking details for each of the courses and effectively communicating with the relevant tutors and admin to collate all of this information
  • Responding to client enquiries and providing support to their requirements
  • Accurately and timely completion of all training & recruitment documentation
  • Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities
  • Liaising and supporting tutors across the Access to HE diploma's with student 'check ins'.
  • Support Access to HE students with enquiries when needed.
  • Conduct your role in line with the company value and expected behaviours

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • You are self-motivated, open, engaging and resilient
  • Substantial customer service skills
  • Sales and marketing experience, including cold calling
  • Strong admin skills, able to use Microsoft Teams efficiently and Microsoft 365 (including use of excel spreadsheets)
  • Excellent communication at all levels
  • Able to cope in a high pressured environment
  • Ideally you will have provided some form of Information, Advice and Guidance within an Education/ Training sector to learners
