An exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated administrator has arisen in our Plymouth office. The successful candidate will help support the therapeutic and Sexual Violence Support services, and must be resilient, empathetic and be able to work to a high standard with data and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Central point of administration for the Plymouth & South Devon Therapy Service and Devon & Cornwall ISVA Service.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is of the highest quality and that both clients and operational staff needs are met.
  • Day-to-day co-ordination and delivery of all administrative duties as well as creating and implementing new reporting systems to meet key performance indicators.
  • Providing reception and telephone cover for our Plymouth office base.
  • Act in a confidential manner.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and be able to create charts in Excel using data from our client management system (Modus).

Essential requirements:

  • Must have high levels of literacy and numeracy. Maths and English GCSE at grade C or above.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • NVQ 3 Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Must be able to work from our office in Plymouth Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. With, Thursday as an option to work from home after your training is completed.
  • Clear Enhanced DBS

Additional Information: The successful applicant will be subject to a Disclosure & Barring check. Please note that in some roles staff may be required to work from a home/office base in accordance with our Hybrid Working policy.
