To help achieve this vision, we are recruiting for a Occupational Health Administrator to join our ambitious Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. This role reports to the Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing and you will work at our brand new Wellbeing centre on Pride Park in Derby.

Our Occupational Health Administrator will assist with the day-to-day management of the Occupational Health department. They will play an integral role in the multi-disciplinary team, managing the clinical appointment calendar, liaising with managers and rosters to release employees for appointments, and providing confidential support for record management. Our Administrator will be the friendly face of our department, welcoming employees visiting in-person, managing our wellbeing inbox, and answering phone queries.

The successful post holder will also be required to manage the day to day purchasing of supplies, including raising purchase orders, process invoices and stock take.

Key Skills & Experience we are looking for

  • Have experience working in an office or administrative role
  • Be able to use Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel etc.)
  • Be able to work well as part of a fast-paced team, and able to work autonomously without supervision
  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the business
