Spectrum Hertfordshire have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator for both admin and clinical admin duties to join our enthusiastic Hertfordshired office.

Salary: £24,193 - £24,981 dependent on experience, plus London outer fringe payment £657

Responsibilities:

About the role:
  • To provide effective administrative support to the Service.
  • The post holder will offer organisational, administrative and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives.
  • You will be required to work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.
  • As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and CGL staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.
  • To minute take at team and other meetings.
  • To collate, monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.
  • To maintain and assist with the setting up of a general filing system within the project.
  • To monitoring and order office stationery/requirements.
  • This may include evening and weekend working.
  • You will be expected to take responsibility for personal development, identifying personal training needs and participate in regular supervision and appraisal.
About you:
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • IT literacy including proficiency in word processing and data entry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
  • Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • An empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards service users.
  • The ability to respond flexibly to the demands of the post.
  • The ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Responsible for supporting the Senior Management Team with clerical needs and administration.
  • Will be work with the management team and CGL Spectrum’s Data Analyst to provide reports for internal, commissioners and other parties.
  • To be committed to taking a positive and holistic approach to your work with an aspiration to create a robust team that will provide excellent customer service for the people we work with.
