Location: Rochester, Kent: We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 Depending on experience


What you’ll be doing:

  • Planning and booking of all travel including international, with oversight of the travel budget
  • Provide admin support for design review, training workshops for Assessors and Chairmen
  • Diary management and planning for team
  • Organising of meetings, take dictation for reports and document preparation (e.g. presentations, letters)
  • Track training completed by staff and update database
  • Administration support for office including stationary orders, weekly newsletter preparation and general office organisation

Your skills and experiences:

  • Previous administration, secretarial or PA experience
  • Previous experience of diary management and booking international travel
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organised with attention to detail
  • Minute taking skills would be desirable

The Design Engineering Team:

As an Administrator within our Design Engineering function, you will be a key point of contact supporting with Travel, meetings and design reviews along with other administration duties.

This role will give you the exposure of working with some of our key stakeholders and the opportunity to progress within a forward-thinking business.
