Job Description

My Public Sector Client is looking for Twilight Admin Officers to join their team based in Birmingham City Centre.

The role is 30 hours a week, working Mon - Fri, 4pm - 10pm. The pay rate is £12.22 an hour.

This client is hiring for multiple departments, so the duties may vary slightly. Your day to day duties may include:

  • opening mail
  • filing mail
  • taking mail to the correct department
  • data entry on Microsoft office (word, excel) and inhouse systems
  • updating on case progress
  • using Microsoft Outlook to correspond with people internally and externally

Person Specifiction

  • GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English or Functional skills level 2
  • at least 6 months admin experience
  • Experience of using Microsoft packages
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams

Please Note - there will be an element of manual handling within this role e.g lifting and carrying box files

If you are successful, the role is subject to a Standard DBS check and 3 years referencing history.
