Job Description
My Public Sector Client is looking for Twilight Admin Officers to join their team based in Birmingham City Centre.
The role is 30 hours a week, working Mon - Fri, 4pm - 10pm. The pay rate is £12.22 an hour.
This client is hiring for multiple departments, so the duties may vary slightly. Your day to day duties may include:
- opening mail
- filing mail
- taking mail to the correct department
- data entry on Microsoft office (word, excel) and inhouse systems
- updating on case progress
- using Microsoft Outlook to correspond with people internally and externally
Person Specifiction
- GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English or Functional skills level 2
- at least 6 months admin experience
- Experience of using Microsoft packages
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams
Please Note - there will be an element of manual handling within this role e.g lifting and carrying box files
