Our client is looking for an Admin/Warehouse Clerk to join our busy operations team- office based with some work in the warehouse
Working 09:00-5.30pm Monday to Friday
role is dealing with serveral medical companies to provide a distribution service of medical products. The products are stored and distributed from temperature-controlled facility, orders are received daily.
Role involves
- Process job through inhouse electronic system, from creation to scanning of completed job file.
- Pick the order, maintaining temperature condition required.
- Pack the order, using correct temperature-controlled packaging
- Organising delivery of orders.
- Ensuring POD is provided for each delivery & following up with courier.
- Completing daily report for individual customers.
- Weekly stock reconcilation for individual customers.
- Receiving and putting away of customers stock into the warehouse.
- Liaising with customers.
Salary cGBP19 will increase to GBP22K after sucessful completion of probation period.
