Job Description
Part time Admin Support working 20 hours per week based at Avenue House, The Manor Site, Nuneaton. The working pattern for this post is Monday to Friday 1.00pm to 5.00pm.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are excited to welcome a new person into our dedicated Admin Support Team to support the mental health teams on The Manor Site in Nuneaton.
Please note many Trust interviews take place through Microsoft Teams, this can be downloaded either through the App Store or Google Play for use on your phone/tablet.
The post holder will play an important role supporting our Secondary Care Mental Health Services. You will be required to support various teams across the site, providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians, admin staff and managers and will work within an integrated and skill mixed admin team. You will also be required to provide regular cover for our main reception at Avenue House, so previous reception experience would be an advantage.

We will require a well organised individual who is able to empathise with our service users and be able to deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner. Knowledge and experience in customer care as well as previous reception duties would be an advantage.
Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input. You must have the ability to multitask as this role is varied and tasks can change on a regular basis, able to manage and prioritise your own workload and be able to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team.
