The Accounts Team Leader within our Asda Service Centre Finance team provides a great opportunity to be part of one of the UK's largest Accounts Payable teams. This role is excellent for candidates looking to develop their leadership skills. It's a 12 month FTC.

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring all documents are processed accurately and on time, collection of monies due to Asda and providing great customer service to a wide range of internal and external customers.

Your Role

• large team of Accounts Assistants
• Provide coaching and developmental support to colleagues to ensure they reach their full potential
• Initiating and driving process improvements
• Providing technical support to customers
• Working cross functionally to deliver projects and new initiatives
• Delivery of agreed KRA's (Key Result Area's) within SLA (Service Level Agreements)
