Market leading fashion business based in Wythenshawe are seeking an experience Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team on initially a 6 month contract.

Salary: up to £26,000

Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester (on-site parking)

Hybrid working: 2/3 days in the office

Contract: 6 months (potential for permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain integrity of UK & US Accounts Receivable ledgers
• Allocation of cash to customer accounts on a timely basis
• Creation and management of customer deductions
• Good Cash Collection
• Accurate processing of invoices, ensuring aligned to Customers trading terms and
  conditions, correct treatment of VAT and management of all Customer related invoice
  queries in a professional and timely manner
• Management of daily tasks within Accounts Receivable to ensure that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
• Aged Debt Report

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1 years experience in AR
• A good knowledge and understanding of Accounts Receivable accounting principles and
  working with accounting procedures and controls
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Solid working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• SAP knowledge is preferable
