Part Time Accounts Assistant - VR/27555

TMM Recruitment is supporting our client with the appointment of a part time Accounts Assistant, 30 hours per week to join their busy team. This will be a temporary position with the view of becoming permanent. Applicants will have previous purchase ledger experience.


Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include:

  • Processing purchase ledger bank transactions and invoices.
  • Processing monthly reconciliations of bank and intercompany accounts.
  • Managing any requests or queries both internally and from suppliers in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring constant compliance with the company procedures and building strong relationships, internally and externally.

You will be able to show experience of working in a purchase ledger environment, have strong time management and the ability to demonstrate experience of being a team player.
