A look into the role


Reporting to the Central Billing Supervisor the main priority of this role will be to provide the highest standard of support to the Finance department and you will also help the Assistant Supervisor to lead the team to ensure the smooth running of the function with the overall aim of delivering the best service to our customers.


As an Accounts Administrator, your duties will include:


  • Responsibility for ensuring that all documentation is correctly filed and can be easily traced
  • Daily processing of supplier invoices ensuring they are re-charged to the correct area
  • Take and receive phonecalls, answering queries or taking messages as appropriate
  • Ensure that a differences or irregularities are investigated and resolved

Skills for Success


Joining us as an Accounts Administrator, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:


  • Minimum GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable ability to use MS office packages, particularly excel
  • Reconciliation/Purchase Ledger experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid working arrangement available.
