SDUK's brands include the Nation’s favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy free products.
YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…
  • Being a lead SDUK contact for our customers holding full P&L responsibility and delivering volume and margin performance to agreed budget levels across total portfolio.
  • Developing, negotiating, and delivering the annual business plans in line with SDUK strategy and brand plans and playing a lead role in commercial negotiations.
  • Developing and building long-lasting relationships at all levels and functions within customers to the benefit of SDUK’s business interests. (I.e. category, manufacturing, technical and supply chain).
  • Supporting the development / delivery of a Category & Shopper Management programme within the defined categories, supported by the development and implementation of a promotion and New Product Development plan.
  • Supporting the general development of the business through involvement in projects and internal initiatives.
YOU’RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE…
  • Able to demonstrate previous experience in Sales/Customer Management within an FMCG grocery food or drinks environment.
  • Able to demonstrate experience in identifying opportunities and winning new business.
  • Able to analyse data and generate insights, then convert into creative recommendations that deliver both category and SDUK growth.
  • Able to provide a track record of good relationship building and communication skills: internally, cross functionally and customer facing.
  • Results oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude and show a real passion for our brands & customers.
