We are looking for a digital-savvy Account Manager to join our team and be a part of our growth.

Based in London, (Frequent trips to Geneva), you will be in charge of building long-lasting and strong relationships with strategic clients active in the luxury sector and will advise some of the world’s most prestigious brands with their digital strategies.

As part of your primary missions, you will:

  • Lead the client relationship across international strategic accounts
  • Lead and oversee strategic conversations, presentations, planning, and projects on your accounts (e.g. from briefing to final delivery and reporting)
  • Responsible for developing omnichannel strategies, activations and campaigns based on strong insights/proven experience, and that measure against our clients’ business objectives
  • Responsible for the client satisfaction and deliverables quality across your accounts
    • Responsible for mentoring and coaching colleagues to deliver best-in-class activities under strong processes on your accounts
    • Responsible for the operational excellence and quality check processes on your accounts by working closely with other agency departments including Creative & Client Services.
    • Responsible for the accuracy and professionalism of documents reaching the client (e.g. scope definitions, strategic presentations, integrated campaign reports, media budget reports, etc.)
  • Work closely with our Resource Manager to ensure that all project requests are sufficiently staffed and that members working on the accounts sufficiently trained
  • Identify training requirements for the team and proactively seek at closing potential knowledge gap
  • Identify and close new business opportunities from existing clients (e.g. upselling, cross-selling)
  • Manage the project financials including estimates, invoices and payments (with the support of our accounting team)
  • Be responsible for monitoring and improving account profitability
  • Act as the final point of escalation for all issues arising on the assigned accounts
  • Maintain and update a toolkit of project documentation, processes, templates and forms

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE

Professional Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Account Management experience agency side (minimum 8+ years managing multiple digital marketing teams or accounts) with Luxury brands
  • Experience in managing a wide range of digital projects, tasks, and programs (ideally including content development, SEO, UX, and UI, marketing automation / CRM, social media, performance marketing, eCommerce, and digital strategy)
  • Experience in developing revenue streams that deliver high gross profit margins
  • Experience in other non-digital work (such as out of home (OOH), product and lifestyle photography production, video production, etc.) is helpful but not essential to the role

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Ability to build strong and trusted relationships both with internal and external teams
  • Passionate about new technology, digital trends, data, creativity, and creative technology
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Attentive to details
