NJR Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a highly reputable regional commercial insurance brokerage in their search for a Commercial Account Executive to join their team in Chester.

As Commercial Account Executive, you will inherit an existing book of commercial business, providing an outstanding level of service to all customers to ensure high levels of retention whilst also looking to enhance and grow the book.

This role would be suitable for an individual with proven commercial insurance experience, in an Account Executive capacity. You will be expected to always give 110% towards achieving objectives, whilst delivering an excellent customer-centric service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing an existing book of business and ensuring retention targets are met.
• Creating opportunities for new business through professional networking methods.
• Ensuring timely contact with all clients and prospects is maintained to ensure good working relationships are established.
• Completing administrative tasks accurately and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Liaising and building relationships with insurers and customers, both internally and externally.

Skills and Experience:

• Will have proven commercial insurance broking experience, working in an Account Executive capacity.
• Will be an excellent communicator with a passion for providing a high-quality service to all customers.
• The ability to develop, manage and maintain outstanding relationships with all clients and stakeholders.
• Able to develop a book of business through cross-selling and delivering on new business opportunities.
• A good understanding of FCA regulations.
