We are looking for someone to join the team on a full-time basis.
This is a unique opportunity for a graduate who has a strong work ethic and is keen to learn, build something amazing and help to build out our commercial strategy. This is a customer facing role, so the ability to talk confidently to people is key.

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to develop relationships with current Commercial Partners.
- Setting up meetings and talking with existing partners and customers
- Attending meetings via Teams / Zoom and face to face
- Have initial conversations with prospective Commercial Partners talking them through who The HR World are, what we do and how we can help them.
- To sell listings in the HR World Supplier Directory, event sponsorship and advertising opportunities through calling, LinkedIn, and email.
- Respond to in-bound commercial enquiries.
- Update progress into our CRM so that you and the team can track progress commercial activity.
- Setting up and attending regular meetings with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to update on progress.
- To work with the team to hit targets.
