2nd line Support Technican – £33,000 – Northamptonshire

Pearson Carter are currently working with an innovative market leading specialist distributor of control based in Rushden. They are looking for an ambitious IT Technician to join their IT Support team during their huge period of growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd Line IT Support
• Prepare computer hardware, operating systems and applications
• Maintain IT systems documentation and user guides
• Support the creation of user accounts and profiles
• Support the role out of new applications
• Prioritise and manage the workload, updating the internal tracking systems
• Support the existing IT systems and infrastructure
• Review/liaise with the 3rd party IT team regarding outstanding tickets and projects

Requirements:

• Experience with Office 365, Azure and Active Directory
• Familiarity with IT Resources and Asset Management
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• Understanding of security products and the cyber threat landscape

Location

They are based in Rushden, Northamptonshire and is looking for someone who can work fully onsite.

5 x a week in Rushden.

Salary:

They offer a salary of up to £33,000. Along with pensions, 22 days annual leave + more
