Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced a 1st/2nd Line Engineer or IT System Administrator. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients on various IT systems and applications and must have a deep and broad knowledge of computer software, hardware, and networks. You will also install, configure and maintain said systems.
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email and in person.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with hardware and software systems.
- Install and configure hardware and software systems.
- Maintain and upgrade existing IT systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
- Monitor and maintain system backups.
- Document and maintain technical processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience working in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience with SharePoint, Azure, Microsoft D365 Business Central
- Experience with Backup solutions
- Strong Experience with Microsoft Server and Services
- Strong Experience with Windows clients and maintaining.
- Experience with server and network management.
- Knowledge of database administration and management.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
- Experience with IT project management is a plus.
